I love Kimchi...

It is a Korean dish and it is fomented (pickled) cabbage.

Smells like butt yet tastes amazing.

Hmmm... Flapsticks-- that's breakfast sausages dipped in pancakes and cooked corn-dog style. They're wonderful, but I can't eat them that often.
Strawberries and balsamic vinegar, or ricotta cheese with balsamic vinegar on italian bread
Nilla wafers and cheese-- don't knock it till you've tried it.

I don't know where you live, but in canada there are no breakfast sausages without maple syrup. Its impossible to not get maple syryp on your sausages during breakfast. So we all just go with it, No one really notices anymore.

That's not disgusting, that sounds brilliant dude.
I'm talking about those jumbo sized hot dogs that are cooked over a grill and bacon that covers the entire length twice.

Somehow I just became uncomfortable talking about this.
Damn, how are you still alive?

Gravlax...
at least in the traditional way that you prepare it that some of my family still does.

Basically its raw salmon cured by burying it in the ground on the high tide land.
Delicious though- even more so if you don't know thats how it was made, or if you make it the better way.

Soft Shell Crabs. You take the crab while it's molting and the shell is soft and fry it. Then you just eat the whole thing shell and all.
EWWWW. That's freaking gross sounding. I love crab, but that sounds just disgusting.

First, take ordinary mashed potatoes. Add gravy. put it between 2 slices of bread. Add ketchup, a lot of ketchup. Add BBQ sauce, a lot of BBQ sauce. Add mustard, not as much mustard, but still too much. make it so half the sandwich is condiments.

Now, put the more of the 3 said condiments on a plate. dip the sandwich in before every bite.

I swear, i go through ketchup bottles like normal people go through water bottles. I'm surprised i don't cut out the middleman and drink ketchup out of the bottle.

A chocolate bar topped with cheese wiz. Seems like a terrible combination, yet is actually not bad at all.

Well... off the top of my head...

Take a piece of cold pizza (Most likely a piece that was cooked a few hours before) put a slice of cheese ontop of it then place that inbetween two pieces of bread mmmm. =)

Also one not as weird but still really good is a PB&J with Pretzels. =D

Any fried meat. Rub it against paper and the results are... suspect. But it's inevitably delicious.

I dip my french fries in my Frostie, courtesy of Wendy's!

(EAT IT NOW)

Um, I can swear I remember eating peanut butter and fruitloops, and I think it tasted good.

Edit: Actually, just take a stroll through the Texas State fair and you're doomed to find some sort of fried treat that sounds impossible to fry/weird.

From Wikipedia:

In recent years the fair has emphasized its reputation as an event featuring unique, albeit high-fat foods. The fair has been known for years for Fletcher's brand corny dogs. Recent years have seen the introduction of new unusual deep-fried items, including deep-fried Oreo cookies; deep-fried Twinkies; deep-fried pork ribs; fried cheesecake; deep-fried butter; deep-fried peanut butter, jelly, and banana sandwiches; and most recently a batter-based fried Coke. New foods in 2008 included chicken fried bacon and fried banana splits.

Yup. Yum.

Texas, it'll kill ya'!

Pickle and cheese sandwiches. Just pickles and cheese inside bread, preferably in the form of a sub sandwich. Best one I ever had was at Quiznos, where they melted cheddar and mozzarella together with the pickles. It was heavenly...
