Distrubing moments in gaming

I played Mortal Kombat for the GameCube, and I play lots of gory games like RE4, I've played Soldiers of Fortune 3, etc.

Mortal Kombat's Fatalities gave me a bad feeling in my stomach. Not because I was going to throw up, it was just so disturbing that human beings could create something so sick.

Well in Bioshock when I was being told that the little sisters are barely human, I should kill it, then some other woman was screaming "No, don't hurt her." Actually, many many moments in Bioshock. Like a woman asking her baby why it doesn't make her laugh any more, then you look in the pram and it's a revolver... Or the plastic surgeon operating on a woman, screaming "No, why can't i find a truly beautiful woman? This one's too tall." Then stabbing her in the stomach. Before screaming at me about how ugly I am. That game is creepy.
