Shit. There goes my reading comprehension.
I doubt I could get to 5,040 posts without making some mistakes, let alone get to 5,040 posts.

Continuing with the thread:

Sucking another man's blood off the floor because it contains the brain-boosting drug NZT.

Jennifer Jason Leigh gets chained up as a human link between a semi and its trailer. Don't watch that movie. It's a bummer.

Young boy gets absorbed; a man gets broken in half and sucked through a small crack, just...yikes.

The ending. Oh man, the ending....

Guilty conscience: I'm actually using this thread to search for new movies to watch. So wrong.

In Game of Thrones Episode 6 (or the first book, if you prefer).
Drogo pours molten gold over Viserys' head. It could have been a lot worse, they didn't show his face melting or anything like that, but it's still unpleasant to watch, although unlike the female on male rape things that have been posted, thst's almost certainly deliberate.

I came close to posting a compilation video from Ichi the Killer but I'm afraid it might get me reported...Ichi the Killer is about as fucked up as Visitor Q but...Visitor Q is psycosexual whereas Ichi the Killer is just hyper-violent.
Agghh! You made me think about Ichi the Killer!
But how do you consider it not psycho-sexual? I mean remembering these bits...

The part where he "rescues" and the prostitute being beaten by her pimp, then
"reassures" her by telling her "from now on, I'll beat you up!"
Not to mention the exchange when he was being reminded of the false memory implanted in him to help
drive him over the edge and recalling the girl who he thought was his friend being gang-raped prompted
this "fun" little exchange....
"I wanted to rape her too."
"You mean you wanted to help her."
"No, I wanted to rape her."

please pardon me while I go throw up now.....

yeah that kind of got quite close to species 2 pregancy/birth scene. Almost made me gag(although it looks worse on a big screen then on tv.

Girl gets impregnated with alien dna. Nine month preganacy happens in less then a couple of hours. When it is time for the baby to be born the womens belly opens up like a flower (to put it nicely) and the baby more or less crawls out)

Oldboy
The whole claw hammer tooth pulling torture thing. Things with teeth always bother me

Django Unchained
The mandingo fight where Leonardo DiCaprio is first introduced. It was just really hard to watch.

I thought of a better, more subtle example of "disturbing" as defined by the OP: the movie Repulsion.

Repulsion is one of Roman Polanski's early movies from the 60s. A beautiful young French girl locks herself in her apartment after her sister leaves on a trip and slowly goes crazy. The story implied that she wasn't too stable to begin with due to some sort of unspecified sexual trauma & once she is alone she starts hallucinating that she's being raped & attacked every night. The whole movie documents her decline as she refuses to leave her apartment or let anyone in. Out of fear, she kills a few people who force their way into her place. Finally, she becomes catatonic and unresponsive, the sister comes home & finds the bodies, the crazy girl gets taken away and committed.

Now while all of those events are disturbing in themselves, the real mindf.ck occurs at the end of the movie.

As the crazy "heroine" is being carried out of the apartment, completely limp & unresponsive, the male neighbor helping to carry her out looks down at her & leers in the filthiest way. This is a girl who has killed a few people, who hasn't washed for days, who has an apartment full of rotting food and broken furniture & there is still a guy who thinks, 'Hey, I'd tap that.' Not only does it make the viewer sympathize & almost forgive the crazy girl for everything she's done, the double whammy occurs when you consider this is a film made by Roman Polanski, who doesn't have the cleanest record when it comes to little girls himself.

I would have to say one of the hardest to watch moments in cinema for me was the female self circumcision in Lars Von Trier's Antichrist. Or the blood ejaculation in it. Or any number of things in that film. Brilliant film though.

Old boy teeth and cutting his tongue out definitely up there.

The entirety of Requiem for a Dream

The eyeball impaling in Zombie. God.. so drawn out.. so long.. so fucking hard to stomach.

Teeth on the curb in American History X.

The dog biting the guys Achilles tendon in the original Hills have Eyes.

fishing line and eyeballs in the remake of I spit on your grave. (excellent remake by the way)

That will do for now. Now i need to go watch disturbing movies.

Well, I'm sure I've been beaten to the punch with the delightfully uncomfortable birth scene in Prometheus, so I'll just say Cannibal Holocaust. Like, the whole movie.

I have a really strong stomach when it comes to film. A lot of the scenes mentioned really didn't bother me all that much. But I will say that Antichrist scarred me for life. It was the only time I've ever had to look away from a movie... I guess it's something about a close up, minute long genital mutilation scene that gets me.

WARNING GRAPHIC VIOLENCE NSFW (It is fictional, mind, and an exceptional bit of special effects and effective movie craft)

The showdown with "Le Tenia" at the beginning (end) of Irreversible, in the nightclub Le Rectum.

127 Hours had a great (to wit: physically disturbing) scene where James Franco cuts his arm off. The effects and acting were astonishing.
The best bit is around the three minute mark, personally.

The rape scene from Nutty Professor 2. Granted, it's more tasteless then disturbing.

If you listen to the writers' audio commentary, it was originally suppose to be a chestbuster. The chestbuster would be ejected from the medical pod, she would lose consciousness and wake up later to find half the crew dead from the now fully grown Xenomorph. Damon Lindoff thought it made too much sense and changed it onto an abortion scene.

I'd recommend anyone to listen to that commentary. It's gives a good insight into Lindoff's pseudo-religious mind

Really? The only thing I thought in that scene was "Oh sweet, sweet, irony!".

Though that reminds me of the scene from season 2,

When Joffery has the two whores beat each other. That was just....immensely uncomfortable. It was all the worse from the sick pleasure this kid was getting from it.

You guys remember Forest Gump, right? The scene were Jenny sneaks into his dorm room and has sex with him. How would people feel if the sexes were reversed? A male sneaking into a girl's dormitory to have sex with a mentally handicapped girl would be really creepy. This has already been mentioned before but after hearing it from the guys at RLM, it kind of stuck in my craw.
This is actually a pretty similar example to mine...
A good example, like most answers here in the thread
It's strange how things are viewed depending on the sex of the character who does something and how changing the characters sex can completely change how we view the situation.

Oh my. If you thought that was fucked, wait till you see some of the shit that comes next.

OT: In the movie, Kill List. There are two particularly disturbing scenes. One involves a hammer, the other involves tunnels. I don't think I should post any video from it because it's pretty graphic.

Don't see the problem. Are pictures of a naked 17 year old of either sex going to... what? Corrupt a 13 year old of the same or opposite sex? Traumatise them? Tempt them? That's just hysteria. And in case of the lattermost concern, you're a little late to be panicking. I became sexually active around that age, but I'd been sexually aware since bloody infants school... and I was by no means the only one fantasizing about and lusting after adult women when I was still wetting the bed.

Sex isn't a big deal. Younger teenagers exploring sex, and teenagers a few years their senior enabling them (as per my first sexual experience) isn't a big deal. The people you hurt by stamping on this behaviour are the people you think you're trying to protect.

Edit: I hope this isn't viewed as off topic. It's a response to the OP, rather than contributing what I consider to be a disturbing scene in a movie. :\
