Oh the humanity, my eyes! My eyes!
Worst. School trip. Ever.
OH SWEET JESUS, WTF WAS THAT?!?! Now I REALLY f*cking hate cats!! That takes the cake for 'disturbing movie' for me aswell. I can really only add a vote for Zombie Strippers. What sane man would prefer to see a rotting corpse stripping rather than living women?

Definitely the Belorussian WWII film Come and See. After my first viewing I had to consciously re-adjust my face back to normal because it was so hard to watch.

Epic Movie. A good chunk of me died inside while watching that movie.
Even worse: Meet the Spartans. I could feel my soul shrinking into nothingness while watching it.

The horror... the horror.

most disturbing for me would be a movie called Seed. and for two reasons:
1: it's an Uwe Boll movie

and 2: the last scene in the movie. The movie's killer a had a girl tied up to a chair. he then takes out a hatchet and starts viciously skinning her face with it. Once it gets down to the blood and muscle, the guy just starts whacking at the face until it finally falls off. but he isn't done. after that he starts whacking at the stump of the girl's neck! then when he's done he sticks the handle of the hatchet into the stump so the top is sticking out where the head was!

it was hard to eat after seeing that movie.

If you want disturbing try Freaks. It is an old movie with laughable special effects but real freaks and the reality of the freaks makes it very disturbing.

Philosophy of a Knife. Even the trailer is sick and twisted. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kHYbh9QKobM

I watched this with friends (every horror movie is funny with friends around), but we were all disgusted. I wish I could unwatch it.

Grief counselling will be provided as you have clearly gone through a traumatic ordeal we will be gentle with your pain. Feel free to talk to our staff as you recover from this truly terrible experience. Just know that other people have been in the same situation and recovered and that people will share the emotional burden of this most terrible of nightmares that is 'Epic Movie'.

As for myself I think that the one movie that deserves the most recognition of a disturbing movie is the one that actually traumatised me in my youth and caused me to lose a rudimentary sense of fear because it really did cause emotional trauma. A movie that scared me so much I never went to sleep until early in the morning and caused me to eat less and jump at every noise and never want to be alone even in broad daylight.
That movie... Pet Sematary.
Damn you! Now my nightmares are going to return!!! D:<<<<

Perhaps the most disturbing movie has to be the Stop Motion sequence in Evil Dead I of the creature decaying. It shocked me pretty good.

The Original Alien has me though. I think I can predict a lot of movies, but that one, even with prediction, still scares the crap out of me.
