Do good games exist on the PS3, cuz I need to buy one!

Call of Duty 4, I know Modern Warfare 2 is coming out later this year but CoD4 was a masterpiece.

Neh, COD4 was pretty average. PS3 isn't a very good console, but if you do get one, but Tony Hawk's American Wasteland. Also, get one that supports PS2 games, none of that 'elite' crap. I'd recommend the Jak games out of the PS2 titles.

What isn't good about the PS3? Ps3 has an incredibly exciting future. Compared to xbox360 and wii whose most anticipated games are already out ps3 still has a lot of exclusives coming.

thats the thing though. i like instant gratification. i dont like waiting around for the next exclusive when the xbox either releases exclusive DLC, or some amazing arcade game, like Braid and Castle Crashers. I will be getting infamous though, and Red Faction

no. i saw gameplay of that. i couldnt see ANYTHING on the screen except some caterpillers. i got mortal kombat and thats fun, but damn hard.
