Yes, it is indeed supposed to activate after the install. Problem is it refuses to do so. I ended up just buying the game from Steam just now.

Anyway, there are just way too many bad stories for one guy's lack of problems to outweigh. This is a terrible service run by people who don't care about their customers. It should be slain.

I bought mass effect 1 from them for a couple of quid. I had to mess a about with the client for a bit to get it to work, but once I did the game downloaded fine.

I've heard they were pretty crap. No way do they have the right to call themselves "#1 video game download service".

Don't get me wrong, if you are having trouble you should get help. an apology, and/or a refund. Anyway did you update the client? I swear that thing updates every other day.

on a side note, Amazon has an excellent download service and regular sales, so I'm gonna plug them here.
