Halo fans have ENTIRELY ruined the multiplayer for me.
QFT

I actually kind of enjoyed Halo 3 before I got Xbox Live. It wasn't amazing, but it wasn't bad either. Then I got XBL and it all went downhill. Now I can't stand playing multiplayer games due to all the "unsportsman-like conduct" (For lack of a better term)... I love singleplayer games and co-op games but games where you play other people are just annoying.

You lose, you get cussed at/insulted. You win, you get cussed at/insulted. You quit, you get cussed at/insulted. You... Well you get the point...

Not sure what to call myself now. I don't really like agnostic, it always sounded indecisive to me. How about Whateverism?
Smartism... Prethoughtism. Intelegentism. Makesensism. Factism. Personism.

I don't know, can't we just say we are... Sane?
That's why he was hesitant to call himself Atheist in the first place. That is: People like yourself who take every opportunity to try and prove themselves somehow superior to others because they don't believe in an all powerful deity.

On that note, I never thought that made sense on the level of: If any given deity is supposed to be all powerful, then it's reasonable to say that they transcend humans and reality. So why would we try to prove it's nonexistence using human logic and science which was in theory created and transcended by the very deity in question? It's kinda like trying to pass a college level calculus final, by studying from a preschool level history book. It just doesn't work.

Rant over.

the vast majority of atheists are easily as biased, closed minded and aggressive as the religions they oppose.
I'd like to disagree with this. There's a difference between an atheist and an antitheist, but that's a discussion for the Religion and Politics forum.

OT: I'm gonna go with Inception when everyone was saying it was amazing and I saw it and it fell far short of expectations.

It just really wasn't that good.

Nope never- most peoples opinion are highly subjective and riddled with logical holes that make it easy to ignore.

Mostly when something is overhyped.

For example, all my friends kept telling me how funny Anchorman was, so when I finally saw it, I was expecting the pinnacle of hilarity.

It was OK, but I've seen better, and I'm pretty sure I would have enjoyed it more if I wasn't constantly hearing about how great it was.
It's so dam HOT...
