No, we need another Bad Company game.

Why? Have you played the single player on those games? It was awesome. It was fun, the main characters were funny as hell, the situations, and how they reacted to it made everything hilarious. They made fun of stuff that nowadays it's the backbone of Battlefield, really, i still remember the joke about "special forces guys who overcomplicate everything" that was directed at Modern Warfare at the time.

Anyway, we need Bad Company 3, we need a good single player that makes us follow a group of fuck ups with genuine personalities while dealing with megalomaniacal terrorists or warlords.
I hate EA's excuse as to why they haven't made one yet. "We don't know why people like it so much." GEE I DON'T FUCKING KNOW! PROBABLY EVERYTHING SINCE EVERYBODY KEEPS BEGGING FOR ONE!

Bah, Republicans are always accused of being on the warpath because they're ruthless bastards who like to feed the military industrial complex. That plotline would just play to the common perception.

What would really make for an interesting CoD is if a minority/woman Democrat president initiated a war on less than solid grounds. Given the current political landscape in America, it's not exactly lacking in source material to draw from.

Enough people buy it to justify making it, you don't have to like it, that does not mean others will not.
How much that yearly COD releases bug me, I have to agree with this.
people still seem to enjoy them so let them have it.

It is Inevitable. I look at the last three COD?s as new Coke. They?ll try out all these new formulas then once they are done being experimental and once enough of the frat boys are bitching about the jet packs, they?ll pull them all back in again with a big COD Modern Warfare 4 reveal. And then, oooooh the hype that will ensue .*facepalm* It will be, well....from my point of view confusing and aggravating.

No, because spunkgargleweewee is on its way out. It's why CoD has been avoiding doing anything in the modern day (going either near-future or WWII) and Battlefield went for a cops and robbers theme. The modern warfare phase of the FPS is played out, swiftly becoming an awkward, shameful era much like the FMV phase of adventure games.

On one hand I would love a new bad company, on the other, it would be stuck with origin so I wouldn't get it.
Same
I'd probably suffer origin for it though.

The only thing I'm glad about regarding the new Cod games is that they're pulling further away from reality and into the future.
I've seen a few too many modern war games, need a while before that setting appeals again.

I feel like you're talking about how Mrs. Clinton is in hot water for the emails and Benghazi in this post but I've been so far removed from politics for awhile that I can't tell. Actually, we never really get to see the politics (besides the enemy's) of the countries in Call of Duty's campaign. Adding some politics in the future COD games might be interesting, but I don't see myself really caring because, well, politics.
