Well, others exist in theory of course, but voting for those just means your vote goes to enhancing the power of whichever of the two large parties you didn't want the most.

Voting green is basically voting republican, because every vote the democrats lose strengthens the republican block. Suppose someone is actually deranged and fundamentalistic enough to vote constitutionalist (highly misleading name for a christofascist theocratic party), then the democrats would gain strength because the republican theocratic block loses power.

Well set up a damn third party the greens were a fringe group a few years ago and now are practically controlling our government

You know that grand bargain thing thats his bloody idea considering the republicans are against everything why doesn't he appeal to the voters you know the ones who are mean't to control the politics.
