Do you care about Badges?

They were cool when I started, but now, not so much. I still find them a little neat though. I treat them like trophies and achievements: they're neat, but nothing to brag about.

Not really, I do like to look at the ones I have though. The ones I got from the villain quiz are easily my favorites.

I like some of them, like my Star Trek badge. And several I'd like to have but can't get for some reason.
Not that they are that important to me, I just think they are neat. Like a squirrel with a top hat.

I kinda like them. I was interested in getting badges for a day or two. Once I got the ones I wanted, Ive not been as concerned about them.

What I really like about them, is that either purposely or inadvertently they can give you a small snipet of what the personallity who is posting is like.

I readily identify with villains, and dark/evil logic. So having two badges relating to such basically can forewarn someone reading that my post may be abrasive in nature. Having the "good poster" badges show that the person knows how to get their point across, and do so within the confines of the rules. Ect ect ect.

I think it is perhaps one of the best achievment systems ive seen for that fact.

I enjoy badges. Not that I really work at getting them but I like having an indicator of how loyal I am to an Escapist video series. I also like displaying my Morpheus as a symbol of how awesome I am.

I also am working on getting that Neo but I have a long way to go.
