I did a searchbar for it. could only find what are you dressing up as.

So celebrate Halloween or just a normal day for you?

Myself I have never celebrated or done anything for Halloween. Only during the past few years has it become popular in Norway, but now I live in Australia and it does not seem to be big here ether.

For me Halloween is just an ancient festival/ritual that corporations has made into a day just to make more profit. yay? for capitalism (same goes for valentines day)

So what is your view?

Normal day, we don't really do much along that lines in Australia. Some kids will try to run around and make something of it, but we don't really care to be honest.

Well, a celebration to me is marking an occasion of some kind, and I don't really know, nor care to know the origins of Halloween. To me, it is just an excuse for fun and chocolate. I tend to over-exploit that factor.

I suppose, if having a party counts, yes I do, but on the grounds I stated earlier, I don't think so. This Halloween will probably just be me playing a lot of Left 4 Dead anyway...

When I was young I loved it! But since I live in Australia, plus the fact that the enthusiasm others had for it went away years ago, I don't really care for it much any more.

It is not celebrated where I live (south america). It is a good excuse to go to costume parties, though...

Partied last year, with my flatmates. Not sure about this year though. Dressed up last year as Michael Jackson in the Thriller video, that was fun. Half my flatmates dressed as pigeons to scare one of the girls in our house who is scared of pigeons, that was pretty funny (she was dressed as a red devil, and I think one guy was a chilli, complete with green hair as a stalk).

Halloween has really become too commercial. I think the stats here in North America are that it's actually the biggest money-making holiday besides christmas, now..

Its' too bad, because when i was younger i loved Halloween because it was the anti-holiday.. It was designed around evil and being scared.. You had Devil's Night and all of it's horrors associated with it.

That was just adrenalin inducing and fresh.

Nowdays, i walk down my street at night and everyone has orange christmas lights up in their trees and windows. It sucks royal ass.

It's also become an excuse for every woman on the planet to dress like a skank. I'm not complaining about the view, but man... Halloween has become lame.

Well, here in Germany Halloween has not really become as gigantic a holiday as, say, Thanksgiving in the USA, but it has definitely gained a foothold. We're having a big party at our fraternity house this weekend... if it turns out like last year, we'll spend all of Friday decorating the house and the yard and we'll have about 150 guests. Fun! ^^

Oh, for the record, fraternities in Germany are different from those in the USA.

Same in Poland. Kids think it's funny, I've seen some masks in shops...

It's just another day. I get to steal candy from youngins every now and then but other then that. I'll probably just buy myself beer and call it a day.

I use to when I was younger, but now it's nothing more than a simple week of school for me. In otherwords a normal day.

I LOVE Halloween! I'm 18 and still trick or treating! Also, I love making costumes. I already have a couple planned FOR NEXT YEAR! It's such an awesome holiday. An excuse to watch horror movies, get free candy, and make kick ass costumes is exactly what I love about it.

No, not usually, but I've been invited to a party this year so I might as well go. Hurray, I feel loved!
