Empty fanta cans. It makes sense, honest - I was making a chair out of them. Actually, it's done now, and surprisingly comfortable
I collect comics. I read a bit of everything...Marvel, DC, Dark Horse, Image...but i dont collect just for the sake of it. I buy what i find interesting. I´ll stop collecting an ongoing comic series if it loses my interst in it.
Depends on the scale. The big Perfect Grade models can have close to 1000 pieces and can be very complicated to build. The smaller 1/144 models are mostly easy enough. All models have a very good manual, so stick to that and you'll be fine. It's all snap fit, so there's no need for glue. Kits these days have good coloring, so you don't really need paint either. They can look better with some paint, but personally I seldom bother with it. At least it's not like those horrid Revell kits that never quite fit and have no articulation to speak of.Gudrests said:

Truthfully I collect video games and movies and I'm trying to cook up some way of essentially wallpapering my home with the cases while still having them as usable storage. Though I may simply give in and start making framed collages of the covers and cataloging the discs in some sort of CD binder.
I am also considering picking up my hobby of tying flies for fly fishing. I don't actually enjoy fishing but making the lures is interesting.

I'm not sure I 'collect' things but I do have collections of games, CDs and comic books. I don't go out of my way to collect and file away things like rocks or stamps or playing cards etc but I do have a constantly-growing comic book/game/CD collection

I collect weapons. I prefer swords, but weapons in general are cool.

I used to collect hot wheels cars, now I don't really care about collecting anything. Although I suppose my collection of knives and other sharp objects counts

Collect? Yeah, odd coins. Actually, probably alot of odd little knick-knacks. It may be a sub-section of Shiny Object Syndrome, but you could say that I am hording a few things, sure.
