Nope, i'd have to hit at least 2000 posts before I'd even consider claiming to be well known. Like bloody everyone in this thread I recognize people solely by avatars and mine isn't some variation of pony so I'm at least within a chance of being recognizable.
No one Knows me, I think its because i like to change my avatar quite a few times and i dont add many people as friends. however I do post quite a bit everyday.

Myself? No, not really, don't let the post count fool you I've only made about 1000 posts on the actual forums and I doubt that many people would remember me, though I do recognise a lot of recurring names around here including the OP.
People assume that forum users post in a strict progression of cause to effect. But actually from a non-linear, non-subjective viewpoint, they are more like a big ball of wibbly wobbly, timey wimey... stuff.

Nope, but I can pick out Irridium, Onyx Oblivion and Marter quite easily. I'm just a guy with a Batman Beyond Avatar.
Some people I have trouble with. For example, I know FalloutJack's persona rather well, but a lot of other people have the same avatar which makes it confusing at times.

Nope not at all. Only to those that know me. I may have a big post count, but I'm probably hardly known to anyone.
EDIT: But to be honest I like it. Being a recognised member is nice, but as it has been in the past, it can get a little out of hand, or just plain annoying.

Beats me. I never really contemplate over any kind of "fame" I might've amassed in any setting, because I don't really care.

Nope, I doubt I'm recognized. Me, I recognize some avatars and usernames, but I don't have the feeling that many users are well known.
