Beyond the few people I talk to regularly, I doubt anyone recognizes me. I do recognize quite a few others though.

Not in the slightest, I may have signed up a relatively long time ago. But my low post count means hardly anyone-if anyone recognizes me, hell I have doubts anyone would even know I was here if not for the occasional quoting in topics of debate.

Does it bug me? Yeah a bit, but this is a big forum, and not everyone gets to be well known on a big forum.

I had a picture of Zorak as my last Avatar and I'd like to think that my name is recognizable enough.

I guess I'd never found a way to get the picture of Rise of Nations' Arquebusiers up until recently. It's not on a simple google search. I'll be sticking with this avatar for a while (Either that or the Heavy Knight from Rise of Nations also)

You're apologizing for knowing a lot of good people? Now I have seen everything! I kid, I kid. Anyway I like coming to the Escapist because a lot of the people who come here can actually keep a discussion fresh and engaging. It's something that I've had a hard time finding in other forums and websites. So you could say that I come for the atmosphere but I stay for the people! I've definitely slowed down my posts and there are so many new members here that I doubt many would recognize me. But it doesn't hurt my feelings or anything... makes sense because I went through about 4k posts last year and I don't even think I've hit 1,000 for this year.

I'm sure some older members recognize me. I'm just excited to hit my "Landmark" badge. Then I'll have Neo, Landmark, and Baby Seal Puncher, which are the three I've wanted.
