Yes, about 300 years in the future.

Or 40 000 years in the future to see how grim dark it has become.

Actually, in our yearbook one of my buddies wrote that I'd probably have felt right at home as a gladiator in ancient Rome or as a tribal warrior in any other time when you still got to split heads on a regular basis.

Why yes, I was known for being a raging pool of bloodlust beneath my calm exterior, why do you ask?

Wouldn't mind being born in the mid to late 12th century, as an Arab, as they beat the Christians like a drum. Meeting Salah ad-Din would've been a treat.

Also, there was a lot of culture and knowledge to be had. Mathematicians, scholars, astronomers, scientists.

No.

I rather like ample food, antibiotics and modern hospitals. Not to mention the internet and video games.

Occasionally I wish I was born 60 - 70 years ago, but then I remember that my birthday was called for America's Vietnam draft and I would most likely be an American citizen. So, no, I'm happy here and now.

If I would like to have been growing up (like 12 or so) when WWII started for the States.

Beyond that, I think I'd have liked to live in Tokugawa Japan or Athens circa 500 BC.

Edit: Now that I'm thinking about it, late 19th century in the US would have been nice for me. I would probably quite enjoy the Wild West.

Born in the 80's so I can see system rise and get their albums as soon as their released.

The future would be interesting as well. See how long it takes for hover cars to become the norm.

I wish I was born sometime in the 70's... So my highschool years would be in the 80's...

Mostly because of all the stories I hear from people who grew up in the 80's... It seemed fun, had great music, girls seemed easier to get, and people still cruised around aimlessly in their cars for fun...

And lose access to the modern technology, sanitation, and medicine? I think I'm fine right where I am thank ye much.

Though I would like to incorporate some of other time period's sense of style into modern times. It's such a sin we've had all these great styles of clothing throughout history and these days it's all thrown out the window for jeans + shirt with logo.
Many agreements. So much style, so much potential, so very wasted.

Honestly I used to wish I was born in the times when the first cavemen were around. Life would've been so much simpler then compared to now. Sure it would've been a tough life, but essentially a hell of alot simpler.

I'd like to be born in the late '30s in California, so by the '50s I can be there for the birth of the golden age of hot rodding.

I'd like to be able to travel between periods to tell certain people how appreciated they will be in the future; F. Scott Fitzgerald springs to mind just now.
