No I do not fear death. Why should I? I can't stop it or alter it anyway, It's the one true equalizer of all things.

I have a lot of things I'd like to do and see first so yeah sure, I'm scared of it. I don't think I'll ever run out of things I wanted to see or know so I probably always will be.

Yeah sure its equal. When a nine year old kid dies because there was no clean water to drink for 400 miles while some geezer who wipes his butt with hundred dollar bills can be put at the head of a transplant list what could be fairer than that?

I'm actually not afraid of dying as much as I have this curiosity for it, in other words I wouldn't really mind dying just to find out what it's like.

EDIT:

Nope. I fear the negative feelings that my family and close friends will fear, but that's about it. -snip-
Oh yeah, that is the one thing I don't like about death.

Yes, I'm terrified of death. Especially as I believe that there is nothing. It's strange, the hopelessness you feel when you think about your mortality. But, my friend said answered this the other day when I asked him the same question. He said no because he won't care, as he won't exist or think or feel or anything. So it's easier not to think about it, especially if you're not religious.

I'm not afraid to die, as long as i die for something

what absolutely terrifies me is dying for nothing

i'd also like to not have knowledge that im going to die but im aware that thats basically impossible if im dying for something

Its hard to believe in death if you never seen a human die before and my current idea about death is that i'll be living forever. Until i've personally seen evidence to the contrary, this is how i wish to live my life.

I don't fear death; I fear dying. It sounds painful.
[sub]As in, I don't fear what comes after I die. I fear the process.[/sub]

Clearly cemeteries are all part of an elaborate hoax intended to play a mean-spirited joke on you.

No, i understand that my life is insignificant, all my actions good or bad mean nothing. it wouldn't even matter if i had exsisted. Dying will be nothing too.

And as depressing as that sounds i will live my life as well as a possibly can :)

Meh. When I die, I die.
Whatever comes afterwards, will come, despite whatever I do.
There is nothing I can do to prevent death, and I always scoff at people that go "LIVE LIFE TO THE FULLEST!" because I am hardly trying to waste my life kthx.

So no, I don't fear death, I accept it.
I'm looking forward to meeting Death.

Death I have only a minor problem with. It's the possibility of ceasing to exist that scares me. But I'm also curious.

I'm just very good with coming to terms with what I can't change.

Death's just an inevitable step we all have to take to get to the next life. I feel pretty secure knowing that when I die, I'll be going to Heaven. Not that I want to die now of course, I've still got alot of unfinished business here.
But do I fear death? No siree.

Hoping to find a way around the whole mortality issue, I don't quite like the idea of my consciousness ceasing to exist entirely.

I am atheist but (surprisingly) I don't think I fear death...

...I don't think I'd mind nothingness considering I won't be able to feel it, and I think that if there was a God that he wouldn't sentence people to eternal damnation because they don't believe in him... That's kinda being a prick...

...I do however want to die doing something important, like risking myself to save someone or some bullshit like that...

Of course I am. Because I am rational and sane. I don't dwell on it, but how can you like life without fearing death?
