Do you go through a ritual when you get home form work/school?

Homework (if I have it).
Stage 3+4 repeated.
Bed.

With an occasional snack mixed in for variation.

Just as as the title says, when you get home form work/school do you always do one thing first?

For example: After a long day from school the first thing I do is grab some food and check the escapist, especially on mondays and wednesdays.

From work? Go to the gym. Then go home, check email/facebook then pop in front of the TV.

5) listen to music or watch TV

repeat the same process untill I find one of those job things.

Most of the time I'll put the kettle on, and then turn the computer on. A cup of tea, and a few minutes spent checking my emails seems to make me feel situated.

Ever since I got burglarized I have a ritual. First, I check the doorknob to make sure the door is locked. Then I slide my key in and listen to see if I can hear movement inside the apartment. Then I unlock the door and peek my head in, looking first to the right at the window in the bedroom and then opening the door more to reveal the living room window. I check to make sure it isn't cold in the apartment (if one of the windows was broken it would be cold) and then finally I walk inside and turn on the hallway light while at the same time looking into the kitchen for movement.

Yeah.

You have to check the ceiling for Splinter Cella and Batman(men) as well.

Nice false positive, auto-probation script, are you simply matching on posts ending with ', The Escapist'?

Originally, it ended with "get Suspended again because the Staff hate on-the-edge humour." and the obviously-not-real-or-serious "USER WAS BANNED FOR THIS POST".

Apparently, removing the "offending" text doesn't invalidate Moderator Wrath anymore.

Enter home, about 20 seconds before I do, switch music to Sum 41's "Makes no Difference."

Go to kitchen during the songs opening grab a quick cup of water, drink, or scull it if the chorus is getting close.

Dance to the chorus a la Elite Beat Agents. Feed dog during the second verse.

Return to lounge room in time to dance the chorus again.

Go downstairs and turn the computer on, and log on. Dance to the third part of the chorus, recharge iPod.

Escapist.

Ain't life grand?
