I actually have a running class, I wanted to give it a try, and I sometimes do good with it.
Although it can be fun, I normally just go with my Assault class.
I don't hate them. only when they lag through bullets and claymores is it really annoying.
I know how difficult it can get. they just keep trying.

No, and people need to learn that it is not someone's fault for taking advantage of an aspect of the game. If it were a glitch then I would agree they should be hated, but this is not the case. Don't blame people that are playing the game properly, blame the developers for making the game unbalanced in the first place.

I wouldn't mind seeing a slight nerf on Commando, especially after having a guy with a riot shield Captain America my ass from 10 paces last night...

But I would rather see the 1887s nuked into oblivion. Great time: come around the corner and get akimboed at point blank. Watch the kill cam and realize that double shot also killed two more members of my time, one of them a good 70 feet behind me. Tauren shockwave.

I used to love knifing in COD4, but MW2 took all the skill required out of it.

Since I didn't get MW2, I'll compare it to snipers that use motion sensor to knife people in Battlefield: Bad Company: the motion sensor needs to be nerfed. Seriously...

I remember Bad company.

People only used knifing as a last line of defense, like if you were cornered and were out of ammo.

Rarely in that game have I seen anyone using their knife for offense.

there is always at least one tac-knife guy and he is invariably not on your team, so yes it is annoying. Not nearly as annoying as the dual shotgun people though.
