Do you hate MW2 knifers?

Do you hate those guys who run around with lightweight, ninja, and commando? Do you hate it when they run up to your perfect camping place and shank you? Or do you have no problems with them?

I applaud anyone who can get their blades into action, basically because very few have ever gotten close enough to do it.

I use a knife class, only when the other team is being cheep and get headshots on me from all the way on the other side of the map.

They are the reason I have the striker as my secondary for almost all my classes and the fact that it is my favorite gun; I nicknamed mine "The room-sweeper".

If I do die however I will silently curse and continue playing

Well I have no problem with them unless they are doing the Care Package glitch. I mean have one of those classes but i don't knife with it, I have a striker on it and I just blast everyone to hell and back 4 times before they hit the ground.

I agree with the side that hates knifers as they are a *****. Commando makes it worse by allowing then to teleport before you can even react. However, I use this tactic, and I've found ways to counter it. Shotguns work pretty well. And yes, knifing DOES take some skill. You have to learn to flank and be quick with your reactions. I hate a lot of stuff in MW2, but I also use all these things because sometimes the best counter is to just do it back. You know what I do to noob tubers? Noob tube back. Eventually they move on to a different tactic. This game is about adapting. It's considered a tactical shooter for a reason. So how about we all just stop bitching about everything and play the game and have fun.

I doubt it. I stopped playing when I realized the game was broken beyond repair for other reasons. Host migration is never successful, hit detection's off, unbalanced weapons, kill streaks in general (when were those ever a good idea), poor matchmaking system, and many others I can't think of off the top of my head.

REAL, eh? are you saying that COD is just a little sidestep because it actually has singleplayer? not to mention an awesome one.


i love TF2, but its not more "real" than other multiplayers.

Actually I was being facetious for the purpose of humour. Though in all seriousness, TF2 is a totally different kind of multiplayer, in which they deliberately over specialise the units to prevent Rambo style, one player maverics - on a good map, knifers are not a serious problem and neither are campers, meaning both of them being accepted playing styles in TF2 without being over-powered/frustrating.
