Yeah i like my wii it's fun at parties/playing with friends. It also only has a few really fun games.

So i guess the answers is no i don't hate my wii, but I'm kinda disappointed that there's not to many great games for it.

What? I'm pretty sure if you like games then you would drop a few 100$ to play them. And the whole Killzone/Halo thing way to generalize everyone who owns a wii.

Just a question do you even own a wii or are you just bashing for the sake of bashing a casual gamers console?

Edit: Never mind

I rather like my Wii. It keeps me entertained and I have fun playing the games. Isn't that the truly important thing when owning a gaming console?

It's alright, but it's not my top choice.
My sister got one day after it came out and it's a bit crappy now.
But I enjoyed played House of the dead: Overkill on it with a friend.

I love my Wii. I haven't played in a while because well... Let's face it, a genuinely good game coming out on the Wii is spaced out by a few good months which crap is released with gimmicky controls. I got my Wii when it first came out in the UK for my birthday and I loved Twilight Princess. Then I got Super Mario Galaxy, Super Paper Mario, Mario Kart Wii, Metroid Prime 3, SSBB, Ghost Squad, Resident Evil 4 etc and they were great. Then it was 2008 and nothing good came out. I feel like I've been neglecting my Wii, so I'll look into Deadly Creatures and MadWorld.

I think it's an OK system so far. It's got potential, but nobody seems to want to harness it. While there's a lot of crap out for it, the good games are really, really good.
Same here. They need to take the time and sit and think about how to make even better games. Not like they don't have the money to do it. Also I have Need For Speeed Pro Street, it's good but I see even more potential. And the same with the game Red Steel, I had that and that has potential too.

I'm not pissed at the Wii, I'm pissed at Nintendo for making it. They clearly just trying to target the largest demographic possible without thought to much else.\

I own four games for it. That's it.

Smells of flamebait to me. I don't hate any of my systems even though the 360 sees almost no use anymore due to a lack of interesting games. Disinterest is different from hate. Why would I hate it? It's not going to do any damage while it's turned off and at least there were more than enough games that I spent more on software than hardware, something I can't say about the 360.

My wife and family would answer with a resounding, "NO."

You see, what I'm finding out is that young children too young to like my XBox or PS3 games and older people like my parents at the age of 60 love it. Why? Because it's not hard to use, it has games they can play and allows them to actually stand up and move around.

That and Wii Fit. My mom and my wife use the Wii Fit and have made it sort of a competition.

The reality is that the PS3's of me and my friends are sitting in the dark, gathering cobwebs, because not even Killzone 2 could keep us playing it long enough to care about it.

I adore my Wii with a passion. Cheap, the only console with plenty of games that I actually care about, the ability to download and/or play amazing games from NES 'til Now, a new twist on gaming. It's fabulous.

Truthfully, the entertainment value of my Wii was about 2 weeks. My parents decided to get it for me for Christmas and it came with the 5 or so games actually worth playing (Metroid Prime 3, Zelda: TP, Lego Star Wars, etc). However, I've been having a blast with homebrew stuff lately and I still need to get Madworld, so there's still hope for it yet.

I vaguely remember this Wii you speak of. I think I bought something like that.... I played something called Super Marion: Constellations? But now there's this white box in my closet with a "gamecube"....

Third party developers for one.
