Do you have a pet you love? This part of my goal to make more positive posts... This probably won't last long but hey its worth trying.

I have a pet dog who is a yellow lab and she is so sweet. :D Her name is Jenny Kay. She was hit by a car a couple of weeks after she had her puppies which broke her pelvis. :'( My father rushed her to the vet and saved her life. She's fine though she does hobble a little when she walks but I didn't think she would make it at first. I wish i could post a pic of her but I don't know how. -_-

Captcha: What is you favorite flavor potato chips? Yeah none of these answers because nothing can compare to the flavor of loaded baked potato Pringles. These answers are blasphemous compared to loaded baked potato, blasphemous i say!!!!

Feast your eyes upon my adorable dog Heidi:

Look at how goddamn shiny she is. LOOK AT IT! It's fucking beautiful!

*ahem*

She's a 9 year old weimaraner, the sweetest dog you've ever seen. She had a seizure about 6 months back, but thankfully it was an isolated incident and she's completely recovered.

I had a cat called Tom who was a stray who arrived at my house; deaf, with no teeth, a torn ear, a cut on the pad on his paw and was very skinny. We gave him some food, took him to the vet and he never left.

He went missing earlier this year though. He was quite old and was fairly ill bless him.

I had a hamster named Speedy (yeah, I know, not a creative name). For being a hamster, she was incredibly smart and we even managed to train her to come when we called her name (I don't think I've had another hamster that learned their name). She was a little aggressive when we first got her, but she eventually became the most sociable hamster we've had or had to take care of. She was the also the biggest, and moving from her to any other hamster was like going from holding a rock to holding a feather. Part of this was due to her excessive hyperactivity, and part of it was due to her eating everything she laid eyes on. She passed away a while ago, but she left a lot of fond memories. Really glad I didn't take anyone's advice and send her back to the pet store when we learned how aggressive she was when we first got her.

As of right now I don't have a pet. However, I am very close to my grandfather's cockapoo. She's lazy as hell, barks at everything, nips at everyone, has the nastiest of growls, and is determined to be a pain in the ass every chance she gets. However, she is rather lovable overall and enjoys being around people. Her antics also tend to be funny, especially since no one has ever been seriously hurt by her nipping (some of us actually get her to do it just for fun). I've known her since she was still in the tail-end of the biting phase, and she still tends to run over to me whenever she's scared or just trying to get away after someone hurt her (the latter being rare). The last few times I left the house she even gave a sad growl-like cry. Needless to say, I hope I can see her again before she passes away (she's getting up there in years, but as a cockapoo, she probably still has at least three to go).

I'm sorry to hear Tom went missing. :'(

I received a female Maine Coon kitten when I was 11.

A loving and playful companion, a fierce hunter when she was younger(we would often find water moccasins she had killed), and the only house cat I know that is capable of gently training overeager puppies more than twice her size to play and cuddle gently.

Unfortunately, we may be forced to put her down soon. She is very old and now appears to have cancer. There is very little we can do and she is deteriorating fast.

I'm sorry you're going to have to put your cat down. I remember when my dog Cindy died. We'd had her for over a decade. My sister accidentally backed into her with her car. ;'(

Not have, but had. My first pet rat. He was so attached to me, and me to him. He'd always sit in the corner of the couch's back, just behind me. Or he'd travel with me in my shoulder. The whole family always liked giving him treats. After he died I still looked over my shoulder for him for half a year or so. I really do miss my buddy.

Right now I have a cat, 3 rats and a snake. The rats are all very friendly. The cat used to be incredibly fearful of humans. (got her from a shelter) And I love seeing that I'm slowly gaining her trust. Just a few days ago for the first time, after about half a year, I was finally able to pet her. And my snake...well they're not exactly the type of pet to be all cuddly with. ^^;; He's beautiful, but I'm not -that- attached to him.

Snakes aren't a bad pet i guess and yes i wouldn't cuddle with one either. I got a friend at work who has a lot of pets who like snakes spiders and other things you wouldn't really consider a pet. ^_^'

I will be very sorry to see her go, but she's lived a full life for a lot longer than most of her kind do. All I can really ask at this point is a chance to say goodbye.

I work at a barn with seven horses. None are mine, but I love them all anyway. Except the one that bit me on Friday, he's still on my list.

That's heartbreaking, man. Other people losing their pets even makes me tear up :c *hugs* at least you've given her a long happy life. :)

OT: I have four bastards cats. Having 4 makes everything tense, they're always fighting but I can't find it in myself to give them away.

Belonged to my ex and he ditched her when he moved so I took her in. She needs a new home because she is so unhappy it breaks my heart but I love her so much I don't want to give her away.

my cat for nearly four years. He's twitchy and strange like me and doesn't like strangers. Aforementioned ex used to kick him around the house which is possibly why.

the newest one. Got her off a neighbour who found her as a stray. She was bedraggled as hell and quite ill but I managed to love her back to health. Everyone loves her, she's very affectionate and sweet.

Some super adorable pets on here! :3

We have a new kitten. Just over five months old. I love him to pieces, and he's a snuggler, but he's also a total fucking terror. BRIMMING with energy at 12 AM. Steals things all the time. Does everything he shouldn't. Exhausting.

It's nice to have a young animal around though. Over the last 10 years I've had fifteen different pets...pets I shared with my parents, and ex girlfriends, and current girlfriends, and personal pets, all pass away of disease or old age. Wears you down. Hopefully I get to enjoy this new guy for a good long while.

Here he is. His name is "Puck", named for Shakespeare's Midsummer Night's Dream character.

It really distresses me that such bad novels ended up in the frame, but whaddaya gonna do?

I have a black cat called Cat. It's not a very imaginative name, I know, but it suits him perfectly. He has no airs and graces; he was a stray who decided to move in six or so years ago, he's not very affectionate and he plays rough. I love him, but he's indifferent towards me.

He's the fifth cat I've owned and loved, the first stray to adopt me though. The first two were my mum's cats, they were two years older than me and long-haired black cats. We think they were half persian. The girl was terrified of me, but the boy followed me everywhere, he was a guard cat through and through. I was devastated when they died.

The next two were rescues, the little girl, a tabby, picked me when I went to look at a cat to adopt. She started meowing at me and wouldn't stop, so my chances of looking at any other cats were ruined. It was only after I'd been corralled in that I noticed the giant, half-siamese, black cat who was either her brother or her son. The little girl died only a couple of years after she moved in, but the boy went on to be one of the most affectionate, loudest cats I have ever met. He died only a few days before Cat moved in.

I've owned fish, I've leased horses, I had a hamster once... but the cats are where my heart lies. I've loved them all.

I just got this lil' gal recently, about 3 months ago, within the last month finding out it's a girl.

Her name: Xarxxanagon and she's a shoulder mounted awesome Leopard Gecko. Never had a pet personally, family has had pets that I never directly took care of, so this is new, but fun.

I love all my pets, and I have six cats total. Three indoors only and three outdoors only.

He's my 21 pound tub of lard.
This cat is retarded and so relaxed you can do anything to him and he won't care. Look at that crazy face.
My pretty little girl who squeaks instead of meowing. Only picture I have uploaded, and she's laughing at you.
This is my baby boy I've had since he was born. His mom was a semi-feral can my family tamed.
This is Loki's cousin, also nicknamed Flopsy since she had an accident that left her legs mostly paralyzed.
This is the retarded ginger step child of the cats. He walked into my house and when I threw him out he never left. He is rather endearing with his persistence so we finally adopted.
