people trust me so I have fun with them on occasion, I just want to see what I can get away with sometimes.

I couldn't tell my ex that she's fat and that's why I wasn't happy with being with her; so I said I just couldn't imagine myself with her longterm- whatever that's supposed to mean.

I can lie, and lie pretty well. However what I do instead is just be economical with the truth, and leave bits and pieces out. I'm also aware of the body language associated with lying, so I normally force my hands and arms to my side or in my pockets if I am lying, which is rare.

Yes. But to be more specific, I'm very good at Playing Dumb.

The confused tone of voice, the positioning of the brow...

I'm not ashamed to say I've practiced.

I would also like to point out at this point that I am the Easter Bunny (or whatever the politically correct name for that is... "Holiday Chicken"?).

I am a good liar, but I think that lying is a dirty trick and try to avoid it. It is just a pain in the arse and means that people don't trust each other.

I don't lie, I manipulate.

I am for the most part a honest person but I do lie. I don't tell a massive lie that takes skill to pull off. Idk if any one can understand what I mean, but I think there are many diffident ways to lie. I manipulate which takes some lies, but for the most part its to control my situation in NO expense to any other person.

Yes, I am so full of shit. I find myself lying automatically about things that I don't need to lie about, to people I don't need to lie to. I think it's because lying to everyone around you makes it easier to lie to yourself. It also means you don't need to keep track of who you have lied to, because you have lied to everyone, and then the lie eventually supercedes the truth until you don't really know what's real anymore.

Pathological. Can't help myself. I love to lie.

Back in uni, I crafted an entirely new backstory for myself and lived the lie for 3 years, even tho by all logic it should have all come apart a few times, I managed even more lies to hold it together. In one course, the final writing assignment was worth 75% of the final mark. I didn't write a single word, and on the basis of an easily falsifiable lie, I convinced the prof to give me a 70 on it.

Strangely enough, I suck at poker tho.

I lie sometimes, I like to think I am a good liar. Maybe the people I lie to know I'm lying though.

I tell white lies, they're good if the result is getting something I want/my own way.

I would never do a full blown lie that would get out of control.

I'm an amazing liar. I can lie my way out of anything.

Do it do it though? Not very often.
This, basically. Although a small amount of alcohol, while not having any other negative effect, sends my poker face to hell. (Unless I'm actually playing poker.)

I can also steal things like a boss, but I don't.

I'm honest a great deal of the time, but I am more than capable and lie quite often. The thing is, you can't lie all the time. If you do, people will notice and they will stop believing your lies, and a lie MUST be believed to be successful. If you're honest, when you do lie, people will give it the benefit of the doubt. Then it's a gamble whether it's successful. If it is, then you're off the hook, if not, you won't be able to do it again. So I don't do it often, but when I do, it's almost always perfect.
