It's a damn fun show, plus it's got an educational side too. Got me through High School science just nice.

Love it. They are just normal guys doing what they love. And what they love is quite entertaining. Probably my favorite moment was when they were testing if suction cups or magnets could be used to climb up an air duct. The suction cups were "plausible, but require a lot of fitness". The magnets...

I'm annoyed at just how few "confirmed" myths they run into. But otherwise I love it.

I've been watching it routinely for about 4 years now, it's my favourite show for sure. The one thing I have a bit of a problem with is when they're introducing a myth, they try really hard to act as though they are explaining it to one another for the first time, and it feels awkward and scripted, but it's not a big issue at all (and certainly doesn't make it any worse)

I like that show so much I can watch a whole marathon of it (Discovery Channel likes to do that) and not get tired of it. I also really like Dirty Jobs. Come to think of it, I like a lot of shows on that channel.

One myth I was unimpressed with was a test on breaking through a window and not getting cut. The intern trio (Kari and the two younger dudes) made a dummy out of gel and coated it in latex paint. They threw "him" through a window and the paint was unscathed. Unsatisfied, they peeled off the paint and did the test again. The gel was mangled. I just think they were trying to make the myth "busted" so bad that they overlooked the resiliency of human skin. They could have done a better job.

Well, I rather like the show. I appreciate that actually approach it with something that at least resembles the scientific method. I'm not sure on the results of some of their work, but it's a fun show.

That is the coolest thing I've ever seen!

I've never seen that on TV yet, maybe I missed the episode... I should definitely watch the whole thing when I get the chance.

I used to watch it religiously until they either moved it to a different time or started playing noting but reruns.

Sure I like it! Its not the most scientific show, but I can easily excuse that. As for their conclusions, I've felt like a few may have been wrong, but they always seem to revisit the controversial ones. Have to give them credit for that!

And yeah, Kari is always a plus.

Totally. I like the mythbusters.
Their scientific theory leaves somthing to be desired, but they usually leave the "hur hur hur JAMIE WANT BIG BOOM!" for the end.

I like the gun myths, especially the one where they minigunned a pike to test "shooting fish in a barrel", and the one that debunked bull in a china shop. Also they proved that elephants are only afraid of white mice.
