Do You Listen to Foreign Music?

Lately, I've been getting into more foreign music. This week it's been Brasilian music like Os Mutantes, Caetano Veloso and Seu Jorge. Other than that, I've been looking into more Celtic music and Ravi Shankar.

Do you listen to foreign music? What do you like?

Celtic music is probably my favorite type of music along with what Pandora calls "Celtic Rock."

Just about all I listen to is foreign, I can't stand most American music.
EDIT: I mainly listen to folk metal bands from Scandinavia, such as Finntroll and Korpiklaani

I like Carla Bruni. She's French.

If you're just talking about artists from countries other than mine, I could argue that almost all the music I listen to is foreign.

I've got Poets of The Fall and Apocalyptica, both from Finland. Also U2 from Ireland...and 8 or 9 American bands I listen to.

It's mostly "local" stuff though...

Rammstein, Oomph!, Eisbrecher, Schweisser, Svbway to Sally...I love NDH music. And yes, most American music(currently) sucks.

I have a fondness for J-pop, Irish jigs, and French, German, and Russian pop music. For some reason, I enjoy music more when I don't understand what they're saying.

I listen to some German(Rammstein) Rock, and some Finnish(korpiklaani) Folk Metal.

But other than the above, I listen to the obvious assortment of British rock, and a sprinkling of J-music (Maximum the Hormone, M-flo, etc)

Yes because most music I listen to comes from the States. The only major exception is AC/DC.

I listen to a lot of Nightwish and Basshunter, both of which count as foreign for me... a lot of "meme" songs are also foreign (like Caramelldansen or that Leek Spin song), and I've listened to those too... and I like some British singers...

Huh. Now that I think about it, I actually do listen to a lot of foreign music! I never really realized that before.
