I only listen to Radio 5 as it keeps me up to date on any sporting news i may or may not wish to hear about. Its also good for live matches and some interesting debates about the affairs of the time.

I also like a nice healthy dose of Wogan....good ol' Wogan. If i was a woman i would f....find some intersting things to talk about with him.

I used to, but my radio broke down and I never bothered with buying a new one. When I want to listen to music, I rather just put on my mp3 player. I do put the radio on in the car though, at least I want to, but there aren't any stations that really appeal to me. I've looked for a jazz station, couldn't find one, QQ.

Occasionally theres something interesting on the other stations, like Attenborough's 10 min program on random animals every Monday night on radio 4 I think.
We don't have good stuff like that, really sucks. I'd love to listen to stuff like that. I can only find shitty, populair pop stuff. We've got a classical station though, but noway I'll admit that I like classical music to my parents.
I'll put on some digital radio sometimes though, when I'm browsing the internet a bit. Jazzfm.com ftw.

If you go on to the BBC website, they have the BBC iPlayer, which lets you listen to any program for up to a week after it's been aired :D

Below is a link to said iPlayer, with the most recent episode of the Attenborough program. Have a look around, theres probably some other stuff that might interest you.

Radio makes an excellent alarm clock.
My emphasis exactly, makes waking up a lot more smooth instead of that annoying beepy buzz (or buzzing beep?) I have now. I stil have to find a proper clock radio though, one that does NOT have annoying bright red numbers that keep me awake.

Nope, not at all. I don't care for the music they play, and I hate commercials, so there's really no reason to.

I actually did a radio show with my mates a couple of weeks ago. It was great. I just finished my degree at the Dartington College of Arts in Devon, England (Got a first! go me!) and we have a small radio station called Soundart. It's a pretty strange station. It just goes out to the local town (its in the middle of the countryside) and it's really small so they just gave us the keys and told us to lock up after. We took along some beers and, erm, stuff and basically had a great time with a mic. Some people did a couple of makeshift performances (I did a music course).

T'was much fun indeed. I'm going to miss that place.

Actually Soundart is streamed online if you feel like listening... I'll just find a link...

There you go. But I warn you, it's an arts college populated by complete nutters and it does tend to be a bit weird sometimes.

I don't listen to the radio if I can help it. Mostly because they tend to play shit I don't want to hear.
