Of course. Especially as you are a frequent (and normally well behaved) member. I am always that much more curious if this is the case.Trivun said:Yes, always. Purely out of curiosity.
On that note, when I was put on probation during MM, I wonder how many people clicked to see what I was on probation for?
Either being rude/insulting or baiting the mods (wanting to get banned). I can't remember which.Tharwen said:On the topic of 404s... I still don't know what Max was banned for because that thread was deleted.
The mods, and myself aren't too fond of people doing that. I mean what are they going to do? Not post the story? Imagine if CNN didn't report on a major story because the BBC got it first.ragestreet said:I always look. I'm curious and it's a fun way to waste time.
Oh by the way my latest probation was for telling the mods that their news post was beaten by the forum. I normally wouldn't except by the time they reported on it it was already a 13 page topic.
Yeah I should PM a mod but I didn't. My bad.

I know human curiosity is pretty powerful, but I was wondering if anyone couldn't care less what lies under that little link. I personally check out most of them 1) because I'm just curious what the people did to incur wrath and 2) I try and make sure that I do not replicate any such posts

Merci beaucoup, mon ami.Azraellod said:Tharwen said:On the topic of 404s... I still don't know what Max was banned for because that thread was deleted.
That.

Anyhow, yes, I always click on them, most likely even if I've seen them before. I also screen-cap the ban posts of certain members (as shown above) if the thread they were made in gets locked, because it annoys me when a 404 error comes up. 403 is just as annoying, but there's not much I can do about that one.
