Do you love or hate your job?

I'm satisfied with my job.

I'm a systems admin within the human resources department for a large telcom. I have a decent amount of job security and a huge amount of freedom in terms of hours and places of work. I'd like to have a sightly higher salary, but I really can't complain on that front either - things are good.

Been working at a deli for 2 years now. The people I work with are really good people and fun to be around. The pay is terrible and the bosses want us to basically harass customers into buying stuff they don't want and make them say "No thank you" about 30 times to us before they leave. Luckily we all know tricks to get around harassing people for the most part but still it's annoying. They also continue to add more and more work on and give us no extra pay or incentives. One week we only sold 60 prepackaged slices of cheese instead of 100 and we got a visit from pretty much half the company for an inspection of how we handle customers. Looking for other work, just need to figure out a good paying job that I could get along with.

I greatly enjoy my job. I work for a large company as Human Resources for the IT department. My work is about 80/20 HR/IT. Bosses are cool, and the pay is enough that i am able to do what i want for the most part with my life.

the only bad is dealing with some of the executives. some of the most whiny needy and self absorbed people i have worked with.
