If you want to be technical, I haven't played my copy of Mass Effect 3 yet (pre-ordered and fully paid it off), but if you want to be even more technical, then yes I have already played it (at NYCC and the demo).

Well i have a number of older games (ps1, gameboy, n64) that i found cheap and havent got around to playing as i got a fair few of them.
Oh and like 5 ps3 games, as my hard drives full and i havent been able to afford a new one yet...

I try and put ten minutes into every game I buy. If they don't impress me in ten minutes, well I'll get around to them eventually. I have tonnes of games from GOG and Steam that I haven't put more time into though.

No, I only buy games I'm really interested in, or if they look fairly interesting and are cheap on Steam.
I've bought too many games thinking they looked good and after playing them, realised they are awful.

I got Kirby's Epic Yarn and Super Mario All-Stars (Both Wii) for Christmas a year ago and have to yet to play them.

I also have Red Steel 2 (Also Wii) which I only bought because it came with the Wii motion plus for only $15.

It's not that big. Just shows that I don't play my Wii that often

More than I care to admit, was all set to finally start Deadspace (not the oldest game in the pile) when GoG went and released the Thief games (which I haven't started yet since Dear Esther came out this week), so who knows when I'll get to it (and all the others in the pile). I really need to stop buying games for a while.

Resident Evil: Revelaitons. I misspelled it for a reason because it's one of the copies that still had the misspelled spine. I'm actually not planning to open it ever because a part of me thinks it'll become a collector's item in X years from now...it probably won't but it'll be nice to keep in a display case anyway next to (or in-between a pair of) Chainsaw Controller(s).
