Well I am currently renting Madden NFL 12, despite having no knowledge of the actual sport itself. The game is good though.

Plus I play the WWE games but apparently according to who you ask, those don't count because wrestling isn't a proper sport.

Not many, I've been known to play a boxing game from time to time, like Fight Night and Victorious Boxers. The only other sports games I've really played and beaten besides are Super Dodge Ball, Nintendo World Cup and Punch Out.

I also play Gran Turismo often, however I don't really see that as a sports game, because video games have "racing" games which I think are quite distinct from "sports games". For instance, I wouldn't consider Rad Racer a sports game, it's a racing game.

They just don't interest me much. I enjoy playing them for real, but as a videogame they lose the physical aspect that charms me, and as a game I find most of them relatively boring.

I prefer to watch videogames. SF, KoF, BB, GG, MvC... They're my football, baseball, NBA, etc.

You have your Ronaldos, your Shaqs, and your...bunch of other names I honestly don't know. I have Daigo, Tokido, Justin Wong, Latif, Yipes... etc.

Love sport games.. I think they are best fit on consoles and there isn't one sport genre I haven't tried and liked. Generally I get Maddon, NHL, FIFA , MLB The Show every other year and every few years get a Tennis and Golf game.

They are really fun alone and even better online vs buddies or random people.
