Leonardo da Vinci is the first that comes to mind. Fun facts: April 15 was also the day the Titanic sunk, the B-52 bomber was first flown, the day Lincoln died, and is tax day in he US.

I know I have the same Birthday as Bill Clinton. I remember when I was around 4 or so I sent him a letter where I mentioned that, I don't know if it was him or an aid but I did actually get a reply with his signature on it. That was a happy experience.

for some other people I didn't know about:

Marcus Aurelius Probus, Roman emperor
Madame du Barry, French courtesan
Colleen Moore, actress
Ogden Nash, poet
Philo Farnsworth, inventor
Malcolm Forbes,founded Forbes magazine
Johnny Nash, songwriter
Fred Thompson, politician, also actor on Law and Order
Charles Wellesley, Marquess of Douro
Tipper Gore, wife of Al Gore

Adrian Brody and Sarah Michelle Geller.
And Kristen Stewart is 5 days older than me if that counts.

April 25th

Batman (Detective Comics #27 came out April 25th, 1939)

There are others, I'm sure, but no one that can compare to freaking Batman.

From what I remember last time I checked:

Dave Chappelle (American comedian, had a controversial show on Comedy Central in the mid-2000s)
Yasser Arafat (late Fatah leader)
Steve Gutenberg (American actor, best known for Police Academy and Three Men And A Baby)
Craig Kilborn (American comedian, former host of the Daily Show and the Late Late Show)
Cal Ripken Jr. (baseball player, holds record for most consecutive games started)
Rupert Grint (British actor, Ron from Harry Potter)
Hideo Kojima (the man who gave us Metal Gear Solid)
Windows 95 (Microsoft OS, led to Windows' dominance in PC software market)
