Do you take breaks while gaming?

if its been like....4 hours+ i pause or quit, depending on the game, and leave for like 10mins. Then, back to my games!

See, I have a vastly different problem. I usually only play for an hour or two a day, maybe two or three times a week, if that.
Also, when I do play for extended periods I take breaks. My cigarettes won't smoke themselves into my lungs, you know.

My break is about half as long as my gametime. Which is 2-4 hours.

You are smart enough to figure out the rest in no more than 10 seceonds.

Other than draining the lizard I only really take a break to smoke since I don't smoke indoors.

I stop to smoke every 30 minutes or so.

I take a break when I think I need it (i.e. physically cramping etc.) or if I get bored. I don't really plan them.

Besides breaks to do the obvious like eat, sleep, use the bathroom etc. I usually game solidly until I get bored (the exception of course being if friends, family or my girlfriend want to see or speak to me in which case the game goes off immediately).

Writing an essay or something else school related is necessary.
Break for just the sake of it is not.

I tend to take too many breaks, my attention span for games isn't what it used to be.

Check social networks and gaming forums for any updates, get snacks or drinks, talk to someone on instant messenger, bathroom breaks, cigarette breaks, all examples of distractions. I haven't completed a game in months. XD

I take breaks when I don't feel like playing more at the moment or if tired, yes. Hell, I often play FPS's in fairly short bursts.

i usually talk breaks for all-day gaming sessions. play a few hours, stop, get something to eat and go right back to blasting campers in the head and work on my Flicker Stance in Tekken 6.

The only time I have ever taken a break is from ragequiting, and I think that alot of us can say that there has been a game so epic that we never stopped playing it.

Yea I take a break to get water or just to plan out what Im gonna make for lunch/dinner, any prep I need to do.

also if its in the morning... Im definitely taking bathroom breaks fairly frequently due to coffee...
