I notice that whenever there are anime set in a fantasy world you always get hot elves I mean elves are fine but what about hot Dwarf girls or orc girls.

I'm all for hot dwarf women and or orc women. Considering most depictions of dwarf women are just "short human females", I'm all in favor of that. I've dated enough short women to be 100% fine with them being sexy. As for orc women, we've seen plenty of depictions of them already as being attractive on a human scale of attractiveness. Depends on how into muscular women you are, which I am to a point. She-Hulk style of muscular is 100% fine by me, and most female orc depictions are similar to She-Hulk.
