Absolutely not. I'm between 6'0 and 6'1", and about 245 lbs (I'm Canadian but I don't know the metric equivalents. Sue me). Because I've lost 55 lbs in the last 16 months I have loose-ish skin on parts of my body and I have dandruff and I'm still quite fat and I have greasy hair and...

I'm sure you get the picture. I'm pretty ugly.
