No not usually. Just seems off to me to use them. Though I have used them once or twice but that was due to all the other toiliets being used and me being really desperate.

I used to because I liked the space, but then I noticed that it was harder to poop. Turns out, humans are supposed to squat, and the height of the handicapped toilet makes it difficult to simulate that. But if I have to go #1, then I'm fast enough that I don't care, and will use handicapped stall if it's available (still like that space. :p)

For the most part, it comes down to which ever stall is the cleanest/not occupied. The only time I purposely look for a handicapped stall is if I need to take my 3 year old, who's potty training, in to the bathroom. The room is a major plus!

I usually do, because they are usually cleaner.

Though actually using a public restroom is extremely unusual for me. Just to pee is less unusual, though it doesn't happen often.

If I know that I'll be home in a couple hours, and I know I can hold it(which 99.5% of the time I can), I will just wait to go at home.

Handicapped stalls are for ease-of-use, they aren't reserved for disabled people. I use them if I want to, and if a disabled person needs to go, they can wait like everybody else.

The stalls are meant to be handicap accessible, not handicap exclusive. What you are suggesting (from my POV at least) would be like nobody being allowed to use a ramp up to a building unless they are in a wheelchair.
