Nokia 1100. I use about 80% of the features, 'cause phone, text, contact list and alarm are about 80% of the features offered by my archaic phone. I love it to bits, though, it's reliable as. Simple and effective at what it does.
My razor is pretty damn sturdy, I'm amazed I haven't broken it yet.
And as far as battery life, it will last for a week or so on one charge. When you get a new phone, the salesman tells you to let the battery die before charging it, right? Don't do it, every time I did that with my previous phones, they would die constantly. But this one stays charged twice as long because I put it on the charger immedeatly.
I have the amazing ability to break things very easily. Most of my cell phones last about a year (if they're lucky) at most before I completely destroy it. My current cell is not my favorite so far, mostly because it lacks the ability for me to record a song and then use as my ringtone, but it does every thing else perfectly fine.
things I use:
text messaging
calling
tip calculator
calender
alarm clock
reminders
aim
the internet (mostly in between classes when I want to check up on the news or the weather, also helped me get directions when I was lost one night)
camera/video
It has a lot of other capabilities like radio and cellular tv,but those all cost extra and are completely useless to me. All in all Id say I use about 80% of its potential.
I got a sony walkman phone of some description(its black). Actually plays mp3's quite well and comes with a standard headphone jack. Besides that, basic phone and a clock, is about all it gets used for.
