I got my dad into games, but he only like first person shooters and RTS games, and Fable 2. We've tried playing coop but it doesn't really work in most games I have. I've also tried to get my mom and sister into it, but I failed miserably.

A couple of rounds of MK Trilogy with the girlfriend in an attempt to (re)acclimate her to modern gaming with the only game she ever claimed to play. A little L4D which got her frustrated that everything around her was dying and she hadn't figured out that jumping repeatedly wasn't going to net you a kill was the only other game I have tried to get her into. I blame a disintrest in gaming (home gaming, she was an arcade junkie of the highest order) that spanned console generations that leave her helpless and unable to cope with L and R buttons.

As an aside, while not actually playing a game with my dad, I did constantly have to wrangle him out of a game of Tetris on the ole' NES so that I could do more important things with my system, like, find the rocket launcher in Metal Gear...

My mom and I used to play way back when, before she moved to Japan. She was a big fan of WRPGs, and some really awesome Japanese import games. We even used to play D&D with some friends of hers way back when. Looking back, that's probably where my interest in acting came from in the first place.

My dad and I used t get together and play fighting games (DoA, DBZ), as well as some FPSs. He's more of an RTS guy, though.

Fun Fact: My father, a big, muscular fellow who's a biker (a real one, not one of the weekend rider pansies) and whose hobbies include mechanics and woodworking has a favorite game franchise: The LEGO series.

I don't know whether or not I wish I were kidding.

The only game I played as a family was Wii bowling. Although I have tried playing Guitar Hero with my Grandparents and it just didn't work...

Dad's a PC gamer who seldom is attracted to the games I like, and when he is I eventually cut him off on that game because he always insists on telling me that I'm not playing properly unless I'm playing it his way.

Mom was never into video games in the first place, except to humor my dad in his console gaming days (namely the NES before we got a proper computer) and since her brain injury, I had to teach her step by step how to play Wii bowling.

My only male cousin, with whom I think I could get along with quite well in that area, is rarely seen and the only inclination he seems to show towards me as a potential gaming buddy is to throw WoW free trial referrals at me every chance he gets, hoping to get whatever reward it is you get for referring people. As much as WoW seems like something I would enjoy, it seems to me to take a lot more time than even the likes of me has to devote to a game that costs so much monthly to begin with.

So, in short, no, no I don't.
