Thats cool! I managed to get mine playing Splosion Man on the 360 and that wasn't easy. Although it did backfire, I'm starting to think she like Splosion Man more than my little man!

My fiancee was a bit pissed off that I was happy poking Posiedon on God Of War 3 than her
......
Poking Posiedons eyes out I might add
Couldn't you do both at the same time?

Oh man, yeah.

Forgot to feed her for weeks after Fallout 3 came out.

The smell down there was unbearable.
I've said this before, but again, your avatar makes it so much funnier.

I have never allowed a game to impact my duties to anyone. I really despise those few who give gamers a bad name when they addicted to Farmville and feed their kids dog food.

Not in other ways than being unable to respond to a message, until three hours after I could've, if I wasn't playing. She obviously needs to be somewhere else for this to happen though.

I suffered this fate for a while then decided to join WoW and get over it. For a while there me and my other half had 2 pc's set up together so we could game together. It's not the case anymore but i imagine when we move in together it will be a similar set up :p
Maybe romance is dead?
Also i have neglected to visit him a few times in favour of staying in myself and gaming! :p

Nah, she often needs time to do loads of uni work so I take that time to play games. I also get her involved in things like Mario, Little Big Planet and recently, we played through Heavy Rain together. She enjoys playing games with me but only on occasions and to be honest, we're so comfortable in our relationship it doesn't matter if we spend prolonged periods of time apart.

Although I guess it helps that we live in the same house, eat dinner together every night and sleep in the same bed.

My husband and I are both gamers, and know that alone time is great; but we have our mini-vacations, day-trips, and lazy days together on the couch as well. We aren't really neglectful of each other. We are just comfortable not sitting side by side all day everyday, writing sonnets and being sappy.

I suppose you could say, we aren't very clingy, needy people.

If a game is released that we really want to play, we both buy our own copies and play. Or if one wants to play a new release that the other doesn't care for, that person plays their own game.

When we come out of our game comas, we usually meet up in the kitchen for food and to make sure the other is still alive. XD lol

Thanks for reminding me I'm going to be alone again for Xmas

OT though, if you're going to get that caught up in a game, at least manage your time properly. It's better to game when they're busy. That said, it isn't your job to entertain your partner, either.
