Since day one, i am loving this handheld.
It keeps getting better with every firmware update and wave of games.
Gravity Rush is a wonderful game that justified the purchase for me.
And seeing the awesome stuff on the horizon, some of which i had the pleasure of demo-ing on GamesCom, i'd say the Vita has a bright future.
I played the demo of Gravity Rush, and it didn't really WOW me but it seemed worth picking up. I didn't realize that it was a $40 game though, I thought it was PSN 15-20 range thing, so the scope might be bigger than the demo implied. Yours isn't the first glowing review of it so it seems I'll be picking it up as opposed to a cut-down Mortal Kombat port.
Gravity Rush is a lush, wonderful little gem of a game, it could be better, but it's not bad.
The world, the characters, the music, one of my favorite tunes from the game:

It's an original RPG with good ideas and intentions, and a base for more to come.
The demo did not do it much justice though, the things you will be able to do...^^
I can just spend hours just shifting through the city.
