It seems a bit weird to me that during my time in this gaming forums I've seen only a few mentions of MMORPG's, most of them being about World of Warcraft; and this kinda got me wondering "What about Runescape?"
Runescape; the browser based MMO with bad graphics and worse community, a place where you're either incredibly poor or overcompensatingly rich, terribly low level or unbelievably high level with no clear middle ground. The levelling system is simplistic, it requires you to turn your brain off to not get bored out of your skull, and it is in whole a slice of grind meat sandwiched between two slabs of grind bread; and you know what? I like it. It's one of those games where you can be sat bored with nothing to do and think "Hey, I might train my woodcutting skill to pass the time". It's basically an MMORPG minus the feeling of commitment to the game.
So, does anyone else like this game?
EDIT: For a nostalgia plus, it's probably how most people between 10 and 20 started their career in MMO's
