15 minutes at 10 am. 30 minutes at 12 o'clock and another 15 minutes at 2:30(and knockoff at 4:30)

Thats the best way i think. Since theres so many smokers out there, especially in my industry(building)

edit: oh yeah im an australian.

I get 2 15 mins and a 30 min break. Although, I'm be breaking health and safety laws, as I'm constantly in front of my PC - I have to take a break every hour. Its not as if people respect breaks these days anyway, if something needs done during a paid break then you really have no choice here. I tend to forgoe the 15 min breaks, work through lunch breaks, but I get through about 6 cups of coffee per day, so it balances out with the time it takes to go and make a cuppa.

I remember that the engineers here would always take an hour for lunch while everyone else got 30 minutes, I kicked up a shit storm and now we all get a strict 30 mins.

At my internship I got an hour and a half because the pharmacy was closed that long.
