Does Torture Spoil Movies/Games For You?

Most of the time, yes. Sometimes it fits the tone (Pan's Labyrinth comes to mind), then I don't mind. But violence for violence sake I don't like.
And torture: Oh how you get misrepresented in media. In reality, it doesn't work in most cases. In narratives however, it works most of the time. Meh.

I'm fine with torture for the most part (Passion of the Christ was off putting but I still manage to watched it all). As for torture porn, I never watched those at all nor do I want to!

I don't enjoy gore so I won't go to see a movie I otherwise wouldn't just based on it being very gory but if it's something that has something that I do enjoy then the presence of torture in it also would not "ruin" it.

I loved the SAW series. I walked out of the theatre in both Hostel and The Devil's Rejects(the early scene in the apt where he is molesting a woman with a gun while her husband has to stand there and watch was too much for me). I also really liked Martyr's. It is one of those films that stays with you. It really just depends on the reason for the torture that I find of interest. Otherwise its just depravity for it's own sake and of no real interest.

Looking at the time of year and the things I'd love to do to Cupid if it was real yeah I'm a fan of it. Seen every movie in the Saw series, liked them all. Even liked the torture in GTA V. The only thing that will make me squirm a little is things done to the eyes, that's it.
