[sub]I'll use it for my luck, strength, perception, and anyother I may want. Most of my Special are balanced at 8 except for intellegence at 9, luck at 3, and Charisma at 7[/sub]

[sub]Sass, yeah I always balance them out. Also, I lost ED-E and now I have Veronica. Not for long for I'm getting Arcade who actually has the saddest ending but whose quest can give you power armour training and old Enclave Armour from Fallout 2 and 1.[/sub]
