[sub]I wouldn't compare the freedom in Prototype to that of GTA. GTA has a lot more creativity you can put into your kills. While for Prototype's wackiness can get old once you do all the interesting types of murders. Plus I know of the old ladies because one of the little side missions involves throwing someone off a tall building and it just so happened to be an a old man. God of War is linear but meets the quota of violence and still has an interesting story that keeps me wanting to come back and play it more and more.
PR, the first one was the only one that could be considered a Greek Tragedy. The rest is just mindless and bloody violence and murdering of gods so you'd probably like those more. There is a trophy for beating Zeus to a bloody pulp for over 7 minutes in which your entire screen turns red from the blood.[/sub]
