Don't meant to be selfish but...Extra credits donation fund rewards

So, I donated 200$ to the extra credits donation fund, after knowing they were going to use the money to help fund indie game teams and all that. What I'm confuse about is the awards stuff...do you get the awards below the one you paid? Like I donated 200, my reward being getting a digital copy of every game they help publish/make, but do I also get the 5$ donatuon t-shirt or 10/50$ something one year publishers club subscription? I just wanna know ._.. I would have donated anyways if there were no rewards, but yea. Can anyone help me clear confusion? I tried sending a couple messages to extra credits crew but no response yet, don't know their email either...although I think its at the end of each episode so I'll check now....

I'm pretty sure that you get all the awards up through your donated amount. So donating $200, I believe, will get you all the awards up through the $200 dollar mark. When these awards will come I have no clue.

I'm sorry, which forum should I ask in, and I will send an email but...I dunno if I'm just missing a detail or anything. And *Veroxx* Do they state when you will recieve it all? Like the t-shirt, I don't think I gave an address anywhere....or do they take it from the billing address of the credit card you donated with?
