Sadly I have the 360 version so I can not apply it. I wish I could but lets just say the 360's modding community is mostly populated by people who are only interested in making things like this:

terrible tragedy.
Y'know... even if I could do that and never get caught I wouldn't. Even if I was a dick and didn't care about pissing people off I still wouldn't.

I mean, how can winning that way possibly be satisfying for anyone?

These people are sad.

Ultimate meh.

I'd rather they release some kind of program that could make the protagonist look exactly like you. I try desperately but my character always turns out looking nothing like me.
Rainbow Six has already introduced that technology.
Really?

I did not know this. Does it go off a photo or what?

I eagerly anticipate its implementation in rpgs.
Xbox vision cam. So you do need an extra add on, but still.

Dragon Age was generally pretty fugly on the 360.

Too much of that nasty red-brown colour.

That's called "realism".
Realism = brown and bloom.
From the concept art of the elves in DA2 they might be changing that a bit. I believe the sequel also take place in a slightly more tropical local than Origins.

Seeing how big Oblivion and Fallout 3 mod communities are,I'd say: Mod Community is a win,on any platform.
Let me tell you a story. I once, foolishly, decided to see about modding Fallout 3. I saw a new set of armour that I thought looked cool, so I figured why not...

To get the armour, I needed to download the guy that sold it. To get him, I needed to download the town he was in. To get that, I needed to download a mod that removed the underwear from every female model in the game and improved jiggle physics. To get that, I needed to beat my forehead with a brick umtil I just didn't care about all this shit.

I genuinely hope mods stay on PCs, because the number of people who would rather mod a naked woman than google some porn scares the hell out of me...
Now I'm curious,what piece of armor you were talking about? if you have a link of it,then I'll try it out for myself.

Most items mods will implements their items seamlessly into already existing vendors,like Moira in Megaton or place them in an already existing places like Greyditch.

For me,Modding on console games is a great idea,it's not like it's mandatory update or anything, if some mods are too bothersome or too complicated to install,then simply use another mod,or no mod at all.

You don't want it,I understand,but it's better to have it and don't need it.

Uhh.. she looks alot worse in that mod.

I guess primarily because from what my eye is detecting who ever crafted this mod took the morrigan template, and modified it slightly. Then added the plastic looking dyed red hair, as opposed to her more natural look

From a modders standpoint, i respect that it was a lot of work. /kudos.

From an esthetic standpoint.. just seems like they were trying to emo - trash her up.

I think adding the beard to sten though was an esthetic improvement.

But on leliana.. I mean if your going to mod her, or any char.. why not do something alot more wild instead of minor esthetic changes.

I think bioware should NOT mod her to this. She is fine the way she is. As for modding on consoles... meh... part of what makes modding viable on PC is the inherent interface, tools, ect. Sure it might be nice, but not worth the effort from the developers standpoint, and would still yield inferior results to PC modding. I would rather have them add more content than worry about opening up modding to consoles.

To those who consider the mod to be ugly. You are entitled to your opinion but the reason modders are changing her hair to that style is so that she more closely resembles the sacred ashes trailer.

also note the awesome beard that Sten is rocking in that trailer.

Realism = brown and bloom.
IN this case, realism = dried blood mixed with poo. On all the walls, faces and armour.
