Depends, if I'm tired really fast movements can throw me off a little, but i don't tend to do things very fast when I'm tired anyway.

Occasionally I get a really bad falling sensation when I'm falling in game though, that makes me feel a little nauseous. It's the same feeling i get when i'm falling in a dream, incase anyone can relate.

As said before, it's a matter of experience. Most of us have been playing these games for quite some time now.

Well, I wall ran, turned, jumped, reversed, fingered a helicopter, landed, reverse rolled, turned, jumped, and landing rolled in Mirror's Edge, and my Dad asked me this.

I didn't get sick, my Dad did.
I heard more people say this about Mirror's Edge, especially when they turn the cross-hair off. I did that and it didn't even phase me in the slightest.
Mirrors Edge has a cross-hair?
It's more of a dot, it's there to give you something to focus on so you don't throw up. I don't need it, neither does the other guy.
There was a dot?
I don't remember a dot either

as far back as i can remember, i dont think I've never been dizzy or nauseous from playing a video game. come to think of it, I dont think i have ever (video games or not) ever had motion sickness. i mean, i used to read in the car all the time when i was with my parents and i never felt even remotely sick.

Yeah I have heard my parents say it, but I can't remember on what game. After playing UT2004 there is nothing that will phase me :)
