I haven't played Crysis, what was the deal with that bit?

The joke to that was that the game had remarkably high system requirements, and forced many computers to extremely low framerates, hence the slideshow like movement.

Overall, this episode was the best yet, and I've really liked this show already. I love the bits of wit added in the backround with things like,

"Hey, tell a joke..."

"Umm....Ubisoft"

"HA!"

was a funny way to present progression in the persuasion system. The sergeant jackson reference and jokes about the fallout 3 plot was great also.

aaahhh mate the VATS rip and the girl (i know from whence she comes, i just can't remeber specifics) at the end were absolute genius. i spent five minutes getting myself together again afterwards. then i watched it again. this is easily the best one you've done, by a massive margin. i know i said it about the Portal one as well, but each time you outdo yourselves.

mega-props guys. loving this series!

The girl at the end references Tranquility Lane from Fallout 3.

It's a part from a quest in Fallout3 when you have to go into a VR machine and find this scientist who has totally lost it and pretends to be a little girl in a Pleasantville-like reality. Shanks take on it is awesome because it is pretty weird when you look back on it.

Nice references to Crysis, Oblivion...dialogue tree (*Fallout 3*)

The Vats section and the ending was especially well done and enjoyable.
One of the best episodes so far, great job guys.

God damnit I love your work! At firts, when I saw the nuke I though; No way, they did stalker. But then I understood that it wasnt stalker sadly... But yeah fallout is a great game and I own it as well. Either way, it was a GREAT episode. Woot! Cant wait for the next one!

I didn't play Fallout 3 so I was at a loss this time... I still liked the twist ending, though.

I totally expected that at the end of the VATS scene it would snap back to them standing there and they'd say "I can see no other possible outcome." I miss that one.

I was very impressed on how the show is coming along...i found it was a bit campy at first (which was what brought me to the show in the first place)...but i have to admit that the gang is certainly getting a grasp of what is good and what is not.

I like this episode the best, simply because the "suspension of disbelief" was present... I am sure that the Doomsday Arcade crew will continue to improve on a good thing as it steadily becoming one of my favorite series.

I liked the visual gag on Dogmeat. It's dog meat on a leash. Brilliant. I wonder what name they'll give Three Dog the next time he appears. Cube Root of 27 dog?

I came for the Unforgotten Realms, but I stay for the Doomsday Arcade. Anything less than a hearty bravo would be a disservice.
