You see, Neebs (probably) broke the course/whatever made Titanus come back to life, when he told him: "Titanus, today is the first day of the last of your life", which is something like an opposite to what he said the first time he killed him : "Titanus, today is the first day of the rest of your life" (or something like that)
Episode 14, Neebs tried to pick up the ladies by saying he killed Titanus with a sword and uttering "Today is the first day... of the last of your life." Which of course is not what actually happened. Repeated again in the Season 1 finale, because he told the bard about that line, and it was incorporated into the play (A Good Knight's Quest).
But in this episode, after killing Titanus again, he says the line, so now he's being truthful when he tells the ladies about it. That and he thinks the line is awesome, so how could he not say it, now that he gets an opportunity to actually do so (of course, only doing so when he knows Titanus won't kill him).
I suspect Titanus will come back, if only because we don't know why he's still alive, with an arrow-shaped mark in the middle of his forehead from the previous fight. Obviously someone (perhaps using the same magic that brought back the Brotherhood's leader) brought Titanus back, there's no reason they couldn't do it again.
