As a huge Zelda fan, I have to say: I think Link's Awakening gets PLENTY of love. Maybe even more than it deserves.

You know which games actually need more recognition? Its successors, Oracle of Ages and Oracle of Seasons. They're every bit as good as Link's Awakening, if not more so, and yet they seem to be constantly overshadowed.

Definitely sounds like a good update for the eShop. Only concern would be the size of the demos (file size wise). They would have to be relatively small wouldn't they? Seeing as the 3DS SD card is hardly 50GB now is it?

Well, if nothing else the demos should help show what the demand is for those sorts of games, and what demographic they're actually dealing with.

I HOPE this means it will lead to more actual games on the system.

Right, downloading demos on the 3DS. That thing I won't buy because it can be bricked remotely. Unless they fixed it, nnnope!
