Dragon Age 2 changes...

I don't suppose going to the official FAQ crossed you mind? So you can get information, rather than rumor. In fact I belive one of the guys behind the gameplay and RPG systems is answering questions on the Bioware social site.

Might be more useful than rumor.

Being of a more cynical and jaded breed, I would be tempted to make the joke that they are giving it the Mass Effect 2 treatment.

I can tell it's no joke. The vocal majority aka *cough* "kids" *cough* want all the details removed. Sad. So sad.

I must say I don't enjoy Mass Effect 2 as much. The "improved" aspects (fuck combat) is just a train wreck. Boring and fucking hard to do what you actually intended all the way... tuned for brain atrophy, should I say.

Ok now on to Dragon age 2 it will just be good if for no other reason then its going to be faster in battle and if thats the biggest thing they change itll be pretty good. now yes im a bit sad there takeing out the chose your race but at least this time i get voice acting for my guy im tired of mutes

Wow... let a man have his own opinion. A lot of you are sounding like BioWare fanboys.

Anyway, I recommend that you wait until the game is out before you make any definite decisions, but I understand why certain aspects would worry you; you expected the second game to be amazing, but you've heard some not-so-great things.

I personally like the art style. I haven't tried the first game (yet), but the second looks pretty good (in my opinion).

Im more worried about the fact that their story has practically been spelled out before the games even finished. It means it ceases to be the players story and becomes "Commander Shepards fantasy cousin's" story.

No, I'm not talking about the inventory...

I'm sure they will do "great" changes to DA2 as well.

I agree with this man, I'm getting tired of this "They changed it! Now its bad" garbage. The games not even out yet, just calm down.
Besides it's Bioware, they know what they're doing.
